History:
 LeslieAnnBeauty.com is owned and operated by Brigette and Sarah, and located in the town of Delaware, Ohio. We are both proud parents. We decided owning an online store would be the perfect way to help earn money while also being at home to take care of our families. As mothers of young children, we quickly found how hard it can be to actually get out to a department store and buy things for ourselves. Money is spent on diapers and free time is very little. With LeslieAnnBeauty, our customers can buy authentic beauty supplies, for nearly half retail price and never leave the house. Of course ladies, we want our husbands to smell good too, so we offer thousands of brand name colognes!
Brigette has over 15 years experience working in the customer service industry and Sarah has over 15 years working the in the technology and merchant services industries. We both have a passion for beauty, technology and superior customer service so we decided to combine those interests and created LeslieAnnBeauty.com. Our goal is to provide you with an outstanding product and the best customer service experience.

We take pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value in discount perfume, cologne and related products. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, simply send it back to us for a refund.
Refund/Exchange Policy for Fragrances:
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please contact customer service at service@leslieannbeauty.com, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Then simply return the unopened product in its original sealed packaging.
NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA number, will be returned to sender. We do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
Returns & Exchanges for Salon Products:
LeslieAnnBeauty.com
will accept merchandise for return within 7 days of receipt, 14 days
for an exchange, provided that the merchandise is in original condition
and the customer has retained all original materials, accessories, and
packaging. All merchandise requesting to be returned must be unused and
uninstalled. There will be a 25% restocking fee plus any shipping costs
incurred on all items approved for return. If you would like to return
an item, please email your LeslieAnnBeauty.com representative to request
a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to a return or exchange. Any
item returned without a RAN, will greatly delay the return process. All
return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. We
recommend that insurance is purchased on all returned items as
LeslieAnnBeauty.com is not responsible for damages occurred during
return transit. A LeslieAnnBeauty.com Representative will contact you
after your return or exchange has been received. Please allow 10-14
business days for processing after your return has been received.
Cancellation Policy for Salon and Spa Products:
Special order items will require a minimum 50% deposit with the balance due prior to delivery of merchandise. After special orders are placed, the customer is fully responsible for paying the balance. If the order is cancelled, it will result in total forfeiture of the deposit. Since many of our items ship within 24 business hours, all order cancellations must be made prior to 2pm EST the day the order is placed. Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
